Oven cook - From Chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and that juices run clear.
190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5, 2 hour
Pre-heat your oven as shown. Place chicken in its bag into a deep roasting tray in the centre of the oven. Do not open or pierce the bag before cooking. Cook for 1 hour 45 minutes. To brown your chicken, remove from the oven and carefully cut along the dotted lines and remove the panel. Return the chicken to the oven and cook for a further 15 minutes. Allow to rest for 5-10 minutes before carving.
