If product is frozen, defrost thoroughly and cook as chilled.
Please remove all packaging before cooking/defrosting.
Remove from fridge 10 minutes before cooking to allow meat to warm at room temperature. Ensure pan is hot by pre-heating over a high heat before adding a little oil and then turning the heat down to medium. Season meat and add to the pan. Ensure the meat is fully sealed on all sides. Rare: Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side. Medium: Fry for 3-4 minutes on each side or until cooked to preference. Remove from heat, keep warm, cover and allow to rest 5-10 minutes. Serve and enjoy.

Hubby loves them
I have a freezer half full of these as hubby thinks they're great. He's never complained that they have too much gristle or that they are too thin. I'll continue to buy until he complains about them.
These steaks used to be good but recently they have been horrible just full of grisly. I wouldnt even give them one star if i could. I will never buy them again
Excellent Ribeye Steak full on taste and flavour. Cooked rare to medium. Great value at 2 for £7. Recommended
