I put this in an over proof dish, sprinkle on some salt and some thyme and cook for the recommended time,
It comes out of the oven juicy and full of flavour.
Great for 2 people with healthy appetites.
If I have leftovers I cut up and can use in sandwiches or stir fries.
This is a winner every time. Everyone in the family enjoys this. I season pan seal and then wrap in foil and finish in the oven. Works well with oriental inspired food or with a mushroom sauce or even bbq sauce. So lean and meat melts in your mouth! Yum!
