Remove sleeve and pierce film in several places. Place on a microwavable plate. Heat on full power for 5 minutes (900w, 800w).
Peel back film and stir well, re-cover with film and heat for a further 2 minutes 30 seconds (900w) 3 minutes (800w). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove film and stir well.; Microwave - From Chilled. 900w 4 min 30 sec, 800w 5 min
