Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove sleeve and film. Place the foil tray on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Once cooked, drain excess juices from foil tray before carefully lifting kebab out of the tray with the skewers, supported with a fork.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 1 hour 15 min

How to defrost
Place frozen kebab in packaging, at the bottom of the refrigerator. Allow to defrost in the refrigerator for approximately 24 hours and use within 12 hours. Do not allow juices to drip onto other foods when defrosting.
