Good but could be better!
I buy this regularly but it could be so much better. Too many thick and hard cabbage stalks and very few beansprouts. We always have to go through it a cut them out and chop some of the onion smaller as they can be too big. We mix it with a bag of beansprouts. Always has just 2 days on. It does the job but could be improved.
I love this but unfortunately being house bound can't go in store so use by date very poor for delivery otherwise it's good
Fried lovely. I then chucked in some protein noodles, and finally simmered for a minute in chow mein sauce. Made two delightful meals.
Fresh and tasty. Great for a quick meal with the egg noodles and sauce plus a bit of meat/prawns. On offer as well, easily feeds 4 of us or for 2 very hungry adults with some leftover! )
What's gone wrong?
Have been using this product for a long time but recently the proportion of vegetables seem to have changed and there is a large amount of the very leathery outer leaves of cabbage. Also there are very few bean sprouts - lucky to spot them. Only the two of us so don't really want to buy ingredients separately.
needs tablespoon of soy sauce
After opening this stir fry I noticed that the amount of thick cabbage stalks was in my opinion was excessive. They were eight about an inch long with some dark leaf still attached. I removed them and fried the rest with a little oil and a tablespoon of soy sauce we enjoyed the meal. We will get it again just to see if the cabbage stalks were a one off or not.
