Please remove all packaging before cooking/defrosting.
Remove from fridge 10 minutes before cooking to allow meat to warm at room temperature. Ensure pan is hot by pre-heating over a high heat before adding a little oil. Season meat and add to the pan. Ensure the meat is fully sealed on all sides. Rare: Fry for 1 minute on each side.
Medium: Fry for 2 minutes on each side or Well done: Fry for 3 minutes on each side. Remove from heat, keep warm, cover and allow to rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.

I think these used to be 227g, just got delivery and they are 200g and look significantly smaller. Used to buy weekly but will now make the trip to local butcher more regularly instead
Very disappointed. There was a thick rind of fat which I cut off and also veins of fat running through the steak, couldnt eat it.

Very nice steaks with good colour, texture and taste. Excellent on the barbeque.
People must be cooking this wrong because I've never had one turn out tough and I buy 4 each time I shop. 2 minutes to trim the fat before cooking and job done hardly any effort. I've had steak from the other green coloured supermarket and it was as tough as a Fireman's boots. Morrison's commitment to selling British meat is fantastic and I'll be buying this for as long as they sell it
