Please remove all packaging before cooking/defrosting.
Remove from fridge 10 minutes before cooking to allow meat to warm at room temperature. Ensure pan is hot by pre-heating over a high heat before adding a little oil. Season meat and add to the pan. Ensure the meat is fully sealed on all sides. Rare: Fry for 4 minutes on each side. Medium: Fry for 5 minutes on each side. Well done: Fry for 8 minutes on each side or until cooked to preference. Remove from heat, keep warm, cover and allow to rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.

Love these Steaks very tasty if you follow the instructions, my only quibble is they come in a pake of two it would be lovely if the Butcher could pack them as equal sized cuts, as l am sure what ever pack size we buy in all our meats, need to be cooked at the same time, which would make all your customers VERY HAPPY, Please take note of this, and YES I LOVE THESE STEAKS.

I cant knock the quality of the meat as there was nothing wrong with the portions for the cost etc... but it was tough and tasteless despite cooking it like everyone on here and the instructions on the packaging.
Please dont waste your money
Having read a mixture of reviews I chose to buy this and make a decision for myself and promptly wish I hadnt! I looked online after receiving it and yes, every recipe says to undercook rather than overcook and cut against the grain so taking this unequivocal advice, I did so. But nothing gave it any flavour at all. Bland. Uneventful. All 3 of us left it and we wont be buying it again. The remaining pack will be going to our puppy when we get him/her.
Tastes like liver
I'm not sure if this was a fluke, but this steak had a strong liver taste. It cooks really well and is tender, but not what I expected to taste when I put it in my mouth. Very confusing flavour. Hmph... -scratches head-
Never had this cut before, but will get it regularly now. Bags of flavour and really juicy. We cook ours medium rare and rested them as you would any steak, and they were proper beaut.
We buy this all the time. It is great for stir frys - just marinade a few hours then go for it. Also, good as steaks if you fry them very hot then put in oven to rest.
