Please remove all packaging before cooking/defrosting.
Remove from fridge 10 minutes before cooking to allow meat to warm at room temperature. Ensure pan is hot by pre-heating over a high heat before adding a little oil, season meat and add to pan once oil is smoking, reduce heat to medium and cook for Rare: Fry for 2 minutes on each side. Medium: Fry for 3 minutes on each side. Well done: Fry for 4 minutes on each side or until cooked to preference. Ensure the meat is fully sealed on all sides. Remove from heat, keep warm, cover and allow to rest for Rare: 3 minutes. Medium: 4-5 minutes. Well done: 5-6 minutes before serving.

Compared to the Flatiron, the Denver steaks were tough, not a good flavour and very disappointing.
Cut into butterfly cut and cook it both side quickly for medium rare and it melted in my mouth!
