Air Fry - From Chilled. Based on a minimum 1400w/3. 8 litre air fryer. Appliances may vary. Pre-heat air fryer to 180°C. Remove all packaging. Place chicken in basket, spread evenly in a single layer (2 pieces) and place in air fryer. Cook for 14 minutes, turn halfway. Allow to stand for 1 minute.; Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked, juices run clear and that no pink colour remains.
Caution: Do not overfill the air fryer.
Safety unwrap and dispose of packaging carefully. Wash hands after handling raw meat and poultry. Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw meat and poultry or wash thoroughly after use. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from cooked foods.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Pre-heat your oven to 200°C/fan 180°C/gas mark 6. Remove all packaging. Place chicken on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Cook for 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Pre-heat 1 tablespoon (5ml) of oil in a frying pan. Remove all packaging and place chicken in the pan. Cook for 12-15 minutes on a medium heat, turning occasionally.
