I love mascarpone and like the other reviewers use in all sorts of ways, but, my absolute favourite is on my Weetabix of a morning with a banana and a sprinkling of caster sugar...x

A must for cake baking

This is absolutely fantastic for filling or covering a cake , mix with icing sugar, add cocoa powder or a little lemon juice and zest or just good gel to colour, great alternative to cream

worth the calories

Don't usually buy mascarpone because is very high in fat, but had this a a substitution for ricotta and decided to keep it for once, as a treat. I agree with other people that this is a very good mascarpone, definitely worth the extra calories. Enjoy responsibly.

Lovely For Making Cheese Sauces

I buy this product regularly and it never disappoints. It has a lovely silky texture and is fantastic in cheese or tomato sauces. It also lasts for ages in the fridge if it's not been opened.
