Delicious
Delicious and it's really filling till lunch time. I have two shakes one in the morning and lunch . Dinner I have a dinner. Helps me lose weight

Great Value
Great value, especially compared to the other brand (which I used to have before changing to this). But as this one is over £2 cheaper and has 12 servings instead of only 10, it works out to only 40p a serving. The chocolate flavour is nice, but is quite subtle and not too overpowering. Which is good if you don't like it too sweet or sickly. But isn't as chocolatey as the other brand, but still has a nice chocolate hit and probably less artifical flavourings in it! I'm currently using it with oat milk instead of normal milk, and it mixes well in 5-10 seconds of shaking. A shake for breakfast, shake for lunch, three snacks or fruits inbetween, and then a normal dinner - doesn't feel like a burden of a full on diet, so much easier to stick to!

Used to be my favourite.....
But now they've changed it to a tub rather than individual sachets. So far less convenient
