Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove sleeve and film lid by cutting around inside edges with scissors. Remove sachet from tray. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 30 minutes. Remove joint from oven and remove any excess liquor from the bottom of the tray. Open sachet and pour contents over joint. Return to oven for 15 minutes, basting regularly. Leave to stand for 5 minutes before carving.
Store raw meat covered at the bottom of the fridge. Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw meat and cooked foods or wash them thoroughly in between use. Wash hands after handling raw meat. Unwrap and dispose of packaging carefully.

Best gammon joint I’ve ever eaten. So tender and no waste
I was disappointed with these. Ordered 2, as I realised that one would not be enough to feed a family of 4, but ended up binning the leftovers because the meat was chewy and unappetising. I purchased for convenience and because of the good reviews, but will go back to a conventional gammon joint in future.

I really love this product. Easy to cook and you can sliced it and put it in the Freezer and it will keep. Have had it on sandwiches and as a hot meal.
