Great for adding to flapjack recipe
I bought a packet of these to add to my flapjack recipe and they made an ordinary flapjack into a taste sensation! Recipe 90g salted butter 90g Morrison's golden syrup (yummy at a fraction of the cost) 90g light muscovado sugar 150g oats (I use Morrisons Gluten Free Oats) 200g Morrison's Fruit and Seed Sprinkle Method 1.Preheat the oven to gas 4, 180C, fan 160C. 2.Line a 20cm square baking tin with nonstick baking paper. 3.Put the butter, golden syrup and sugar into a medium pan over a medium-low heat. 4.Heat gently, stirring occasionally, until the sugar has dissolved. 5.Remove from the heat and stir in all the remaining ingredients. 6.Press the mixture into the tin. 7.Cook for 20 mins until golden brown. 8.Mark the flapjack into 16 squares while still hot. Cool slightly, then turn the flapjack out onto a chopping board. 9.Cut into squares and leave to cool. 10.Sit down and enjoy!
