Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. 75g dry pasta weighs approximately 150g when cooked. As a guide use approximately 75g (30z) uncooked pasta per person. It is not necessary to pre-cook the sheets when making your lasagne. They can be used straight from the pack in your recipe.

However if you wish to cook the lasagne sheets fully, bring a large pan of lightly salted water to the boil and add a small amount of olive oil to the water to prevent the sheets from sticking together. Add the pasta and bring back to the boil. Cook uncovered for 12 minutes or until al dente (firm). Drain well and use in your recipe in the normal way.
