Great fibre cereal
I got this cereal for the fibre content and it tastes great
Highest fibre cereal overall
Been comparing fibre amount in cereals on shelf and wheat bran has high 25g per 100g while oat bran has around 10g per 100g. They say we need around 30g of fibre per day so this really is fantastic! However it also has 15g of sugar per 100g so it is good to keep that in mind as 50g of sugar per day or less is recommended. Btw count only the added ones and not the sugar from bread, fruit etc-simply count the sugar whenever you can read it from the label, to put it simple. You get bored of the taste very easily after few days so buy some fruit, seeds and nuts to throw in here and there, or blend it in a porridge or a smoothie. So far the most available fibre I found in stores!
just do it for the fibre
Yucky ! I leave them to soak in milk over night to make them easier to get down. Only have them for the fibre in my diet - tolerable
high in fiber
So far this is the best I found in UK . Very high in Fiber.
Sugar free option?
Good quality and good value for money but what about a sugar free option? That would be nice!!
A nice start to the day
Tasty cereal. I top mine with fruit and nuts.
