great quality beans and sooo healthy
Love at the first bite! Healthy, good quality and easy to prepare really not much more to ask is there?
We tried these for the first time recently and i will definitely be buying again. Such a nice way to get 1 of my 5 a day! So easy to prep - i like to add chilli flakes, salt and a bit of garlic!
Couldnt recommend more!
Im obsessed with edamame beans in general so stumbling across this beauty has filled me with more joy than I can ever express in a simple review. Great addition to stir fries, salads, useful for side dishes, these beans are bloody marvellous. I tend to put them in a cup or jug of water and microwave them to thaw out before using. Quick, easy and healthy, Im a changed woman.
Freezer staple. So quick to add to stir fry chilli risotto etc.
These are good beans but beware they are raw. A lot of frozen edamame beans come already cooked but these do need a minute or two of boiling, they are really not good for you raw.
these are so yummy, i always have a bag in the freezer. I chuck them in a stir frir or in the frozen leek and pea risotto (also delicious) to bulk it out.
