Stir Fry - From Chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat. Remove all packaging. Heat 1 tablespoon (15ml) of oil in a wok or frying pan. Add the contents of pack and stir fry over a high heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring continuously. Serve immediately and enjoy.
Sometimes you get plenty of broccoli other times very little -the onions /broccoli often need cutting smaller by hand to have an even sized stir fry to cook - some really large pieces and some a more sensible size - quality control ? Like other people have mentioned with the prepared stir frys I often find large chunks of hard inedible cabbage stalk which I just throw away
