Oven cook - From Ambient. Step 1: Fry 500g minced beef in a dash of oil for around 5-8 minutes on medium heat until cooked through and piping hot throughout, no pink meat remains and the juices run clear. Add the seasoning sachet and mix thoroughly. Continue cooking for a further 2-3 minutes.
Step 2: Wrap them up! Remove the tortillas from the packaging and divide the mince between the wraps piling it in the middle. Drizzle over the cheese sauce. Place 4-5 nachos on the top. Fold tortilla to form a hexagon shape and encase all the filling. Fold the edges of the tortilla into the centre, folding pleats around the edges.
Step 3: Heat them up! Turn over with the edges facing down and place on a baking tray. Bake in a hot oven (200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6) for 10 minutes until crisp. Do not reheat. Not suitable for microwave cooking. For a vegetarian option swap the beef with sweet potato and roasted mushrooms! Enjoy your crunchy nacho fajitas!
