Pre-heat oven as shown. Remove sleeve and film lid from foil tray. Remove the tray of sauce, pierce film lid and place on a baking tray. Place the foil tray with chicken alongside the sauce tray. Heat in the centre of the oven. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir the sauce well.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5, 20 min
