Cooking Instructions - General. For best results oven cook from chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat. Not suitable for microwave cooking from frozen.

During heating, the packaging may become flexible. Leave on a baking tray/plate at all times during the reheating and stirring process. Handle carefully to avoid scalding. Packaging will regain strength on standing. When removing film lid during or after cooking, do so with caution as hot steam may escape.; Microwave - From Chilled. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place on a microwavable plate and heat on full power for 2 minutes (900w, 800w). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Partially peel back film lid, stir well and re-cover. Heat on full power for a further 1 minute 30 seconds (900w), 2 minutes (800w). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir before serving.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Pre-heat oven to 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas mark 5. Remove sleeve and pierce the film lid. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 45 minutes. Remove film lid for final 20 minutes of cooking.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Pre-heat oven to 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas mark 5. Remove sleeve and film lid. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 20-25 minutes.
