Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place onto a microwavable plate and cook on full power for 13 minutes (Cat E/850w), 14 minutes (Cat D/750w). Halfway through cooking, partially remove film lid and stir, replace film lid before returning to microwave. Allow to stand for 1 minute and stir before serving.; Microwave - From Chilled. Cat E 850w 9 min, Cat D 750w 10 min

Remove the film lid and stir thoroughly, return to the oven and cook for a further 5 minutes. Stir again before serving.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 190°C, 375°F, Gas, 5 25 min
