Add 400g of frozen vegetables in boiling water. Bring back to the boil, cover and simmer as shown or until tender. Drain and serve.; Microwave - From Frozen. Cat E 850w 6 min

Place 80g of frozen cauliflower florets in a microwavable bowl and add 1 tablespoon of water. Cover and heat as shown, stir halfway. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.; Steam - From Frozen. 8 min
Bring steamer to the boil and add 240g of cauliflower broccoli florets. Steam as shown or until tender. Top up water as necessary, do not allow the steamer to boil dry.

I did not like these, the cauliflower tastes very watery and includes a lot of stalks. Won't be using again, but got me through the last few weeks of pregnancy when it was proving difficult to prepare dinners for my family, did the job but won't be using again.
