Remove sleeve and pierce film in several places. Place on a microwavable plate and heat on full power for 6 minutes (900w, 800w). Peel back film, add 2 tablespoons of water to the rice and stir both compartments well. Re-cover and heat for a further 3 minutes (900w), 4 minutes (800w). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove film and stir both compartments well.; Microwave - From Chilled. 900w 6 min, 800w 7 min

Peel back film, add 1 tablespoon of water to the rice and stir both compartments well. Re-cover and heat for a further 2 minutes (900w, 800w). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove film and stir both compartments well.; Oven cook - From Frozen. 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5, 40 min

Peel back film, stir both compartments well, re-cover and heat for a further 10 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute.
