Safety Do not wash poultry before cooking. Store raw meat covered at the bottom of the fridge. Use separate utensils and surfaces for raw poultry and cooked foods or wash them thoroughly in between use. Wash hands after handling raw meat and poultry. Unwrap and dispose of packaging carefully.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Pre-heat the oven to 190°C/375°F/Gas Mark 5. Place the meatballs in an ovenproof dish and cook in the centre of the oven for 22-25 minutes, turning once during cooking. Serve and enjoy.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Pre-heat 5ml of oil in a frying pan. Shallow fry the meatballs over a moderate heat for 15-20 minutes, turning frequently. Reduce the heat if necessary. Serve and enjoy.

Nice and lean
These turned out quite nicely with all my usual seasonings. A jar of sharwoods over the top and mission complete.

Tasty and healthy
Happy to feed my family knowing they are healthier than other proteins, I serve either as a pasta dish or on their own with salad, potatoes and greek yogurt. Well seasoned and very tasty. A weekly staple.
Moist, juicy and tasty. Little or no liquid came out of them upon cooking. Good ingredients and great value. We have these every week for a quick and easy week night meal.
