Cooking Guidelines

Place the pork under a pre-heated medium heat for 14 minutes depending on steak thickness, turning half way through cooking.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan over a hot heat. Place steaks in hot pan, once brown reduced heat to medium and cook for 10 minutes depending on steak thickness, turning frequently.

Very Nice

Cook them in a frying pan Eat them If you don't like the fat, trim it.....My wife eats the fat, I don't - but I think the fast gives the loin steak a certain flavour that can't be beat.

tasty pork, little fat

Really good cooked with spicy BBQ sauce and cooked in the oven until sticky. No waste at all.

perfectly OK

I live alone and have been buying these for a while now. I usually freeze what I'm not gonna use. It's so easy I boil baby pearl potatoes and chantenay carrots til nearly done n then grill for 8 or 9 minutes. The fatty part is lovely when you make sure it has gone nice n crispy. Simple meal for 1
