Oven cook - From Chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. If product is frozen, defrost thoroughly and cook as chilled.

220°C, 425°F, Gas 7, 1 hour 20 min
Pre-heat oven as shown. Place in a lined roasting tray and cook in the centre of oven for 20 minutes, reduce heat to 180°C, cover loosely with foil and cook for a further 40 minutes for medium cook and 60 minutes for well done cook, basting frequently. Once cooked, cover and keep warm, allow to rest for 20 minutes before carving.
