Please remove all packaging before cooking/defrosting.; Hob - From Chilled. Remove all packaging. Gently fry beef in a tablespoon of oil until browned. When coloured add your desired stock or sauce and vegetables. Cover and gently cook on a rolling simmer stirring occasionally for 40 minutes per 500g plus 40 minutes.
