Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid. Place on a microwavable plate and cook on full power for 6 minutes (Cat E/850w, Cat D/750w). Peel back film lid, stir rice and curry separately and re-cover. Cook on full power for a further 2 minutes 30 seconds (Cat E/850w, Cat D/750w). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir and serve.; Oven cook - From Frozen. 200°C Fan 180°C Gas 6 35 min Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 25 minutes. Peel back film lid, stir the rice and curry separately and re-cover. Return to oven and cook for a further 10 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir and serve.
