Barbecue - From Chilled. Follow the above grill or fry instructions then place immediately onto a pre-heated barbecue for a further 5 minutes to finish off.; Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide.
Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Remove from the fridge 15 minutes before cooking and remove from all packaging to allow meat to warm at room temperature.; Grill - From Chilled. Remove all packaging. Place the lamb steaks under a preheated high heat grill for 6-8 minutes turning halfway through cooking.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Remove all packaging. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan over a high heat.
Reduce heat to medium and fry the lamb steaks for 6 minutes turning frequently and ensure steaks are fully seared on all sides. Rest for 2 minutes before serving.

Do not buy!!
Absolutely no meat on these, just a lot of bone, fat and gristle, complete waste of money
