Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove sleeve and film lid by cutting around inside edges with scissors. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Leave to stand for 5 minutes before carving.
Do not wash poultry before cooking. Store raw meat covered at the bottom of the fridge. Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw poultry and cooked foods or wash them thoroughly in between use. Wash hands after handling raw meat and poultry. Unwrap and dispose of packaging carefully.

Just not good
Followed the instructions to the letter but it was just horrible! It definiteky wasnt dry like turkey can be, but i guess all the injected water is responsible for that, but it gave it a very strange almost jelly like texture. It was also pretty tastless- the whole thing was pretty fake. I was very disappointed and definitely would not buy again.
Value for money.
Well worth buying. Tender and versatile in its presentation. Have bought again.
Lovely and tasty
I am not really a fan of turkey as its normally very dry but thought I would try this and am so glad I did as it lovely and tasty and very moist. I am not sure how much meat people eat but this said it was for 2 but my husband and I got 4 meals out of it and still had some left for sandwiches which made it a good price. Would definitely buy it again.
Excellent for two people who don’t want to be over faced by turkey. Very tasty, succulents and easy cooked. Would recommend.
Not a pleasant texture
Despite cooking this for 15 mins longer than instructed, the meat had a strange texture - both course and slimey at the same time! Skin crisped up ok but there was a lot of watery fat under the skin which didnt render down but remained like blubber! I wouldnt buy this again.
I rubbed Mexican spices and oil into mine before cooking. It was to tasty and the skin crisped up to nice turkey "crackling". I'll be ordering more of this.
