Awesome when braised in an Instant pot.
Two decent size shanks braised four of them for 45mins. The meat was falling off the bone and so very very tasty.
good value
I slow cooked these shanks for 6 hrs in my slow cooker. With mint and honey gravy absolutely delicious!
Shrinkflation!
I love these slow cooked but they are seriously affected by shrinkflation over the last few months. Don't seem to cook as well in air fryer.
Full of flavour
Excellent for slow braising. Ample meat for two generous portions, based on numerous purchases over the past year or more.
Bones
Not enough meat on these to make a sandwich

I read previous reviews and speaking personally, they fell off the bone, tasted great, there wasn't a huge amount of fat, and for someone who enjoys their dinner, I can't understand why anyone would think it was a small portion, we both struggled to finish it, the cats didn't complain either! I sealed it in the pan, made my own gravy, and added a glass of red wine to cook it in, left it on a low heat in the over to do the rest, one of the nicest dinners we've enjoyed in a long time, am also ordering again this week
