Metanium® Everyday Easy Spray Barrier Lotion cares for delicate skin by forming a barrier to help protect against the external irritants that can cause nappy rash. It has a unique formulation that helps seal in the skin's natural moisture, keeping the skin soft, smooth and supple.
It is an oil-based formulation, so completely water free, therefore any water based irritants like urine and faeces are less likely to pass through onto the skin. It is uncoloured, unfragranced, and can be used daily and at every nappy change.

Best nappy cream
I have used this on all my boys since birth and it is by far the best cream No using your fingers to rub in cream, just spray. Also protects and stops bums from being sore! I have had no nappy rash or soreness whilst using this cream 10/10

brilliant
None of the stickiness of other barrier creams,as its liquid. Super quickly applied. Sprays on in little blotches so all that needs doing is to quickly spread it around a little bit to cover entire bottom. Also you don't have to faff around with awkward lids!!

doesn't do as it says
Bought this for convenience. Box says spray from a distance and pat on, implying a fine mist would be sprayed. Instead comes out in thick splodges which needs rubbing in. Easier to use sudocrem, less mess!
