McGuigan Wines was established to celebrate the culmination of 3 generations of wine growing by the McGuigan family. Vinification Details

All fruit was harvested at optimum temperatures in the cool of the night. The fruit was crushed, and the juice was pressed immediately to stainless steel tanks and fermented. The free run and pressing fractions were treated separately. The juice was fermented at cool temperatures to preserve primary fruit.
