Cooking Guidelines
For the most delicious results, do not overcook!
Check food is piping hot throughout before serving.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Preheat the oven to 200°C Fan/Gas mark 7.
Do not place the bag in the oven.
1. Carefully open the bag fries, tear open the sachet and add the seasoning from the sachet to uncooked product, close bag.
2. Shake product in bag, ensuring fries are evenly covered.
3. Tip and spread your Shake Shake Fries in a single layer onto a baking tray and pop it into the top of the oven.
Bake for 17 - 19 minutes, turning them every now and again, until they're lovely, crisp and light golden.

Mc Cann chips in a bag
Loved the freshness of the chips. Taste was also fantastic and the crispness was as if fried in a pan of oil.

Good flavour but not very convenient
They were actually very tasty, the flavour sachet was large and although a lot of it seemed to stick to the inside of the larger bag once you added it, enough stuck to the fries to get a good deal of flavour. I'm just not sure I see the point of refrigerated fries? It hardly cut down on the cooking time at all (it was the same as many other frozen fries) and it just meant that there use by date was a lot shorter. Also they are a bit expensive for what they are. Nice for an occasional treat, but not one for my weekly shop.
Underwhelming and tasteless
McCain Shake Shake Fries Sea Salt & Cracked Black Pepper are sadly a disappointing experience. Very bland, in fact for the price you can buy the McCain crispy french fries 1.4kgs and add your own seasoning. You’ll need to add it to these anyway.
Fresh and tasty!
Loved the convenience of cooking from chilled as they cook much faster and taste much better than frozen. I really liked the flavours and would buy again.
