To get the best results cook from frozen, our instructions are guidelines only. For the most delicious results, do not overcook!
Preheat the oven to 220°C/210°C Fan/Gas Mark 7.
For best results use a Deep edged baking tray with No Holes to prevent any of the basting fats from leaking into the oven and preheat the tray for 5 minutes.
Spread your roasts evenly in a single layer onto the baking tray. Pop it into the centre of the oven for 35-40 minutes, turning them every now and again, until they're lovely, crisp and light golden.

these are absolutely gorgeous! melt in your mouth... will buy again
Too much fat
These have such a thick coat of fat that if you use a flat baking tray the potatoes will swim in the fat, I got a couple of bags without realising how bad these are so have been pilling off some of the fat cause it feels bad to throw it away, still I always end up throwing some of the roasted ones away cause it's so much fat.
Best roast potatoes
They come with a thick coating of fat on, it's best to turn them a couple of times effectively basting them. They are never too thick so they always cook right through properly, I've had problems with other brands where the bigger ones don't cook to the middle. They are absolutely delicious, very similar to home made roast potatoes. Downside is that they're a lot more fatty than other brands, but that's what makes them taste so good! For my oven 30-40 minutes is no-where near long enough, I always cook them for 50 minutes at the top of the oven, they should be browned and most of the fat should be soaked into the potatoes when they are done.
Bought these by mistake in store. Didn't say on the front that these are made with beef dripping. Cooked them for the two meat eaters, but after following the instructions to the letter the potatoes looked insipid and oozed oil. Family left them. Ruined a family meal
Just as the packet describes. Delicious!
Just like home made
Crispy outside and fluffy in the middle. Best to cook them a little longer than the instructions. So tasty. Came across them by accident, so glad I did.
