tasty
Lovely cut meat could do with being bit bigger
best pork meat
lovely for everything: roasting, stir fry. Perfect size.
Versatile
This time I sprinkled with BBQ seasoning, cut 2 ready roasted red peppers in half (from jar) and laid on top, then 2 rashers of smoked bacon on that and oven roasted. It was realy good.
Easy to cook
I did one of these fillets for a Sunday lunch and wasn't disappointed. It was a beautiful piece of meat and had a lot left over for sandwiches for the next 2 days. I had never cooked a fillet before and was surprised how easy and quick it was - we thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. I have another in the freezer and look forward to that one as well. Thank you Morrison's!
superb
i trim, cube and use for stir frys. great taste and texture, and melts in mouth. i am an average cook but this is restaurant quality every time. perfect.

This is a delicious piece of meat. Low fat, low price and takes hardly any time to cook. I often marinate in teriyaki sauce and then air crisp and it’s so good.
