Cooking Guidelines
These instructions are a guide only. Cooking appliances vary. When cooking to medium ensure the meat is fully sealed on all sides. Increase cooking time if you prefer well done. Cover joints with foil and rest for 15 minutes before serving.; Hob - From Chilled. Alternatively this can be cooked on the hob for 3 hours 30 minutes.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Beef- Joint -Pre-heat oven to 200°C/Fan 190°C/400°F/Gas Mark 4. Season the meat and place in a roasting tray and cook on the middle shelf of the oven. Medium - cook for 20 minutes per 500g, plus 20 minutes. Well done - extend cooking time.

Very chewy
It was a great price for this beef joint, but unfortunately and disappointingly the meat was tough and tasteless.
Beautiful Beef
Lovely piece of beef & even better I got it at half price!!! More than enough for me & my husband for Sunday dinner, Monday beef chips & gravy & plenty left for sandwiches!!!
Beautifully tender
This joint made a lovely meal. I cooked it in a covered casserole dish with a small amount of water effectively steam roasting it. Delicious! Served with roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding and cauliflower cheese. Will be buying again.

Was really tough & full of fat, their was about 1/4 maybe a little more that was OKISH to eat, rest had throw away.
