BBQ Pizza
- 10-12" ready pizza base (or home-made!)
- 1/4 jar of Loyd Grossman BBQ Pizza sauce (per pizza base)
- 75g of pre-grated mozzarella
- Top with peppers, red onion and cooked chicken (optional)
- Fresh parsley leaves to garnish (optional)

1. Spread your pizza base with 1/4 jar of pizza sauce and sprinkle on mozzarella.
Top with peppers, red onion and cooked chicken (optional).
2. Place onto tray or pizza stone in a pre-heated oven 180°C fan (or follow pizza base on-pack instructions) and bake for 8-10 mins until cheese is bubbling. Please ensure your pizza is fully cooked and piping hot before serving.
3. If you like, garnish with parsley and enjoy!
