Product information

This twin-grape corker is bursting with peach, pineapple and green apple flavours. A well-balanced beauty from the sunniest corner of France it's just perfect with chicken, fish or even just a crunchy cheese-filled baguette for lunch.

More about this product;

The grapes that grow in Les Richoises' vineyards are lucky enough to ripen in the most sun-kissed corner of France and the sunshine just glows from the bottle. The twin-grapes bring their own distinctive character to the party - pineapples and peaches from the softer Columbard and sharp green apples from the Sauvignon Blanc, which makes for a perfect blend of soft fruitiness with a zingy edge.

Stick it in the fridge for a couple of hours and you'll have an easy aperitif, but our tip would be to pair this up with a nice salad Nicoise, grilled chicken breast or even just a crunchy baguette covered in herby cream cheese.

Vinification Details
After machine harvesting, the grapes were destemmed and pressed using a pneumatic press. This applies a consistent amount of gentle pressure on the grapes, ensuring that only the best quality juice is collected, with little skin contact. Alcoholic fermentation was then carried out at low temperatures, ensuring that the delicate fruity and floral aromas were preserved. There was no malolactic fermentation.

Excellet .....

We've been working our way through the Morrisons Sauvignons and odlly this is both the cheapest and to our taste the best. No oak, light and crispy. Very refreshing. Straightforward and honest and a steal at a fiver ....

Excellent Wine

A clean, crisp flavour with a hint of sweetness, yet not sweet. Brilliant. Very hard to get a wine like this, especially for the price!!

Great Everyday White

I've bought this a few times now and it never disappoints. I would recommend as a good all round wine, very drinkable.
