2. Add 125ml of cold water.
3. Mix and allow to stand for 10 minutes.
4. Form into 4 sausage shapes and fry gently in shallow oil until golden brown.

Better than expected
Bought these as an experiment and was pleasantly surprised. Makes 6 good sized sausages, pretty good texture and nice flavour. Stick between 2 slices of bread and add some brown sauce and its a tasty veggie sandwich.

This is the best meat alternative to take with you for a trip or if you need proper protein rich hot food in minutes. Highly recommended. My only problem with this product is that it's contain a fair amount of sugar.
this product may as well be stuffing because that's what it is basically.....
An alternative to frozen...
Self catering in France prevented me taking along frozen veggie sausages. These are a great alternative. Perhaps not as 'firm' in texture as frozen ones once cooked but perfectly acceptable. Don't expect them to be indistinguishable from your usual ones. They originate from dry ingredients with water added to form them. Calling them sausages isn't going to assist in passing them off as sausages perhaps, but I like them.
