Ingredients
Cooking Guidelines
Remove packaging. Add the contents of the sauce sachet to a small pan and heat over a medium heat, stirring occasionally. Pour over the pork belly to serve.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 240°C, Fan 220°C, Gas 9, 60 min
Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove outer packaging and place sachet to one side. Empty contents of pouch onto a small flat baking tray. Pat dry rind and sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon salt over the rind. Leave at room temperature for 10 minutes then pat rind dry and resprinkle with salt. Place tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 60 minutes, or until rind has crackled. Leave to rest for 5 minutes before serving. For sauce sachet preparation guidelines please see below.

Used to be my favourite
They changed the sauce... Which doesn't taste like apple at all. It doesn't taste like anything... It's really strange.
Disappointing!
Worst piece of belly pork that I have ever had. Was expecting a beautifully moist piece of meat with crisp crackling. Reality - Crackling was like soft rubber with a layer of sloppy fat under. Quantity of meat was minimal. I will not be buying this product again.
Belly Pork as it used to be.
This is by far and away the best belly pork that we have had in a long long time. It was beautifully moist, due to the layers of fat between the meat (which it should have). The crackling was crispy, and ever so slightly chewy underneath (again as it should be), so no risk of cracking teeth. And the price is excellent value. One not to miss, so Morrisons please don't stop this one.
Don’t bother
This was dreadful. All fat no meat hardly. I cooked according to instructions and the crackling just wasn’t! It was slimy skin.
