Cooking Instructions - General. Cook from chilled.
Remove all packaging. Not suitable for microwaving. All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only.
After cooking - ensure the product is piping hot and no pink colour remains.; Grill - From Chilled. Place under a preheated medium grill for 23-25 mins, turning regularly.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Place on an oven tray, cook in the centre of a preheated oven at 190°C/fan 180°C/Gas 5 for 30-32 mins, turning halfway.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Heat a little oil in the pan. Fry on a medium - low heat for 23-25 mins, turning regularly.
