To Cook in an Electric Oven, Gas Oven or Fan Oven from Chilled:
Total Cook Time: 1 hour 45 minutes
Preheat oven to 190°C, Gas 5, Fan 170°C.
Remove from the fridge 20 minutes before cooking.
Remove outer packaging and film lid, cover with foil.
Place covered foil tray on a baking tray in the centre of the oven.
Cook for 1 hour.
Remove foil covering.
Return to oven and cook for a further 45 minutes. Baste occasionally.
Cover with foil and allow to rest for 15 - 30 minutes before carving. Always check that the product is cooked
throughout and juices run clear with no pink colour remaining.
Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary.
