Since 1988, the Costa di Bussia winery and vineyards have been owned and managed by the Sartirano family.
The estate is located in the Bussia region near the village of Monforte d'Alba. It includes 15 hectares of the famous vineyards of `Campo dei Buoi' and `Campo del Gatto', which produce very special and complex wines.
Traditional vinification: long maceration (18-23 days) with daily pumping over the cap. 30 months in in large, 5000 litre Slovenian oak barrels, and then in the bottle"
