best cheese sauce
I mix mine by mixing the powder in a cold milk in a jug then add the rest of the milk. I then cook in the microwave, no need for saucepans or stoves.
I thought i'd try this to pour over my veggies. I was going to add extra cheese at the end but was surprised to realise i didn't need to! Tasty enough as it was
Great for cauliflower cheese
Made this a few times for cauliflower cheese. Only just serves a family of 4. Do not follow instructions though- they say empty the powder in to a pan and slowly add the milk but this will just cause the powder to burn. Put all the milk in then whisk a spoonful of powder in at a time.
