Vinification Details
After harvesting, the grapes were de-stemmed and crushed to release the juice. The must was then placed in innert containers where alcoholic fermentation took place. During fermentation, the cap was repeatedly punched down to release tannins, colour and flavour. The Grenache, Syrah and mourvedre grapes were then blended at a percentage of 60% Grenache, 20% Syrah, and 20% Mourvedre. The wine was fined using a tangential filter.

Not bad, but not great

This is pretty bland for a Chateauneuf Du Pape.

Full bodied and fruity

If you like your wine full bodied and fruity you cannot go wrong with this wine and at Morrisons price it's less than half of what you would pay for Chateau Neuf du Pape in a restuarant.
