Please Remove All Packaging Before Cooking/Defrosting.
Remove from fridge 10 minutes before cooking to allow meat to warm at room temperature. Ensure pan is hot by pre-heating over a high heat before adding a little oil and then turning the heat down to medium. Season meat and add to the pan. Ensure the meat is fully sealed on all sides.
Medium: Fry for 5 minutes on each side.
Well done: Extend cooking time until cooked to preference. Remove from heat, cover and keep warm to allow to rest for 5-10 minutes before serving. Serve and enjoy.

huge slice of fat
never seen so much fat on a steak ,over 1 inch wide, this would be rejected in a logistics company i used to work for.will not buy again
VERY , VERY TASTY
We are on a steak and eggs diet and have tried all Morribobs offerings, this by far and away the best.
No marbling, no fat, little taste, doubt hung for long, cooked dry as was predicted when I first saw it. Expensive for what it is. If you intend to buy it then buy a far smaller piece.
Not big enough
usually i buy these extra large steaks which are 410gms at least if not more and are very good quality. But today they were well under size; Not good at all. They look good quality, just too small that is why i buy the extra thick size. I suggest one looks at the size before letting the driver go, then one can send them back if not to size, i did not look!
We have these steaks at least once, or maybe twice a week. They are so tender and full of flavour. We have never had a bad one. I am a cook and my partner is a trained chef, and this thick cut makes it easy to get a medium rare steak every time. Please keep on supplying these fabulous steaks.
I ordered two pieces of steak and am only 50% happy as one piece is very very fatty and not one I would ever have chosen. Once I have trimmed the fat, or rather hacked it off I will be lucky to have a steak weighing half of its original weight. The other piece was what I was expecting.
