Worse Microwave meal I have ever tasted, dog food would be tastier, also what is that horrible smell, I had to empty the bin the next day.
Barely any meat, and even though it was almost devoid of meat, the flavour was still like this is the cheapest meat going and had bits of gristle in.
I don't quite see how minced beef can be chewy, and I'd certainly not describe it as tasteless! That said, it's not a hot chilli - but it's not as bland or mild as many ready meals that prefer to try to be so inoffensive that they lack anything to distinguish them. I've enjoyed this a few times - it's not like home cooked, but taking only 8 minutes in microwave and costing only a quid it's a quick, cheap and pleasant meal. I keep a few in the freezer for when I can't be bothered to cook or or emergencies - the only problem I've had is that they are often out of stock by evening, so I'd guess they are pretty popular!
love this chilli
I just love this chilli con carne u get plenty of fluffy rice and I don't put mine in the microwave I put it in the oven and it comes out perfect..
Hubby spat it out! Said the meat tasted very 'rubbery'. Asked me not to buy again!
