Cooking Instructions - General. For best results, microwave cook from frozen. All appliances vary; the following are guidelines only.; Microwave - From Frozen. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid in several places. Place on a non-metallic plate. Cook on Full Power for 5 minutes (700W), 5 minutes (800W), 5 minutes (900W). Peel back film lid, stir gravy and mash separately and re-cover. Cook on Full Power for a further 3 1/2 minutes (700W), 3 minutes (800W), 2 1/2 minutes (900W). Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving. Allow tray to stand to regain rigidity. Check that food is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat once cooled.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Pre heat oven to 200ºC/400ºF/Gas Mark 6 or Fan 180ºC. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid in several places. Place container on a baking tray on middle shelf of oven and cook for 25 minutes. Peel back film lid, stir gravy and mash separately and re-cover. Cook for a further 10 minutes. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving. Allow tray to stand to regain rigidity. Check that food is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat once cooled. Take care when removing film lid, as hot steam may escape.
